I would love to see the timeout be able to be reset or pause if the user is still typing or mousing. It's a feature I've used on other break timers on other OSs and I kinda miss it. Great work otherswise.

Yes, that is a feature I'd like to add in Time Out 2, coming next year. (I was hoping to finish it this year, but decided to write some iPhone apps first.)
