How do I make TimeOut open in background at startup ?

TimeOut opens at login and overall seems to work well. One minor irritant is that it doesn't open in the background. How do I get TO to open in background ? No pref I can see for this.

If you hide the Dock icon, the window won't appear on startup. I would like to hide it when starting with the Dock shown, but don't want the confusion of manually launching it and nothing appearing. I need to figure out a way to distinguish manually launching and automatically launching.

Perhaps an option in prefs general - 'Hide main window at startup'

I suppose that could be reasonable. Hopefully it wouldn't cause confusion.

I was just thinking... maybe I can use the state of the app when quit to do the sensible thing on launch. So if Time Out is the frontmost app when you quit, it shows the window on next launch. But if the window is hidden when quit (e.g. when restarting your Mac), it remains hidden on next launch. That might be a good solution, without needing a preference.
