Status item
If the General Settings option to display the status in the menu bar is enabled, Time Out includes an item in the right-hand-side of the menu bar.
See the General Settings for more information about customizing the appearance of the menu bar item.
As discussed there, when the Dock icon is shown, clicking the status item will toggle the Settings window. But when the Dock icon is hidden, clicking the status item will instead display a popover from the status icon.
The status popover is basically the same as the sidebar of the Settings window, with the buttons along the top, and the list of breaks and options. Choosing one of the breaks or options will expand the popover to the full window with an animation (which can be disabled via the Advanced Settings if you wish).
Hold the Option key while clicking the status item to show an alternative menu of quick commands. The menu identifies the next due break and includes commands to start, postpone, skip, pause, reset, or disable it, as applicable. It also includes commands that apply to all breaks, and a command to show the full Time Out window.
The Make Due In submenu changes the next break to be due in 30 seconds, 1 to 10 minutes, 15, 20, 30, or 45 minutes, or 1 hour. This is equivalent to editing the next due date on the Break Schedule page, so it doesn't count as postponing or skipping the break.
