Time Out User Guide

Break Menu

This is the Break menu. It contains commands to control Normal and Micro breaks:

Begin Normal Break: This function immediately starts a Normal Time Out. It is only available is a break isn't currently in progress.

Begin Micro Break: Similar to the above, this starts a Micro break.

Pause Breaks: This function suspends all breaks until Time Out is next launched, or you resume them. After choosing, this item changes to Resume Breaks. Useful if you will be watching a movie or other activity where you don't want to be interrupted.

Reset Breaks: This will zero the timers for both kinds of breaks, so they behave as they would after first launching Time Out.
