Messages
The Messages page of the Settings window contains occasional tips, helpful feature explanations, announcements, and invitations from Dejal.
Messages are listed with their title, a short preview, and an unread indicator. Click a message to read the full article. Use the search field to find text in message titles, subtitles, or previews.
Some messages include a Show Me button. Click it to go to the relevant settings page and highlight the control being discussed. Other messages may include a button to open a website, send email, or perform another clearly described action.
A brief message may occasionally appear in the control panel during a break. It won't pause, extend, postpone, or otherwise change the break. Click the message to show the full article after the break ends. Or point at the message and click the X to dismiss it.
The Options menu includes Mark All as Read, plus checkboxes to receive Messages from Dejal, show them during breaks, and include promotional messages. Changing those three delivery options is available as a reward for recent supporters or Premium users.
Time Out does not show third-party advertising. Promotional messages are limited to rare mentions of other Dejal apps that you might find useful.
