Calendars are great at keeping events, but editing lots of them or making sense of all that history can be tedious.

Dejal Recal is a collection of focused utilities for creating, reviewing, and tidying Apple Calendar events. Choose a date range, calendars, event type, and optional title filter, then work with just the events that matter.

Quick Events turns template events into concrete events and makes it easy to update existing events. Templates can provide reusable titles, times, time zones, calendars, notes, and custom values for the routines you enter often.

Template Events lets you build and edit those reusable templates, including repeat schedules and lists of values. Your templates sync privately via iCloud so they are available on your devices.

Calculate Hours totals the time spent on matching events. Recal Pro can also apply an hourly rate to calculate the cost.

Move Events can move matching events to another calendar, date, time, or time zone, or delete matching events. Condense Events can replace a busy group of events with one all-day summary for each day, preserving the details in its notes. Recal shows the proposed changes first and protects these destructive actions with an explicit unlock.

Recal only accesses your calendars after you grant permission, and only makes the event changes you choose. It doesn't include third-party trackers.

Recal is available on the App Store for macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and visionOS. It is useful for free, with optional Recal Pro monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchases for unlimited templates, costs, moving events, condensing events, and other advanced features.
